He was the first to bottle a 100% Barbera “cru”. De wijn wordt 18 maanden in eikenhout gerijpt, daarna nog 6 maanden op fles. Een elegante, maar smaakrijke complexe wijn met de typische Barbera-kenmerken. Bloemige (Viooltjes-Rozen) geuren en in de smaak frambozen en aardbeien verpakt in volle kersen smaken.
